MEM-Activated Water™ is the starting point in every bottle. Each water-based formula is designed to support the skin-surface microenvironment, with a texture suited to different skin needs.
Lightweight hydration, without a heavy occlusive layer. A base step that fits into your routine, rather than replacing the care your skin already needs.
A light gel-fluid for dry, reactive skin.

- Eczema-prone, sensitised and dry or rough-feeling skin that needs daily hydration and comfort.
- In your routine
- Use as the hydrating base in your usual routine. For dry patches, apply a second thin layer to slightly damp skin if needed.
How to use
Cleanse gently
Use a mild, pH-balanced cleanser. Avoid cleansers that leave skin feeling tight or dry.
Apply to slightly damp skin
Dispense enough to form a thin, even layer over your face or areas of concern.
Allow to absorb
Wait 1–2 minutes. Oxora Skin Base Fluid absorbs cleanly with no sticky or greasy residue.
Continue your routine
Continue with the rest of your routine. When using other active products, layer them after Oxora Eczema-prone has absorbed.
Tip · For dry or flaky patches, a second thin layer can be applied to slightly damp skin.
