By accessing or using the Oxora website (oxoracare.com) and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Oxora products are cosmetic skincare products designed to support the skin’s micro-environment. They are not medicines, drugs, or medical devices. Product descriptions, including references to MEM-Activated Water™, describe the cosmetic function of the product.

We make every effort to display product colours and images accurately. However, actual product appearance may vary slightly from images shown on the website.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products at any time without prior notice.

Placing an order creates an order record with us; it is not a completed sale. We confirm every order by hand, and we may decline or cancel one — for example if an item is out of stock, or the delivery address is outside Hong Kong. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

Prices are shown in Hong Kong dollars. We accept PayMe and FPS only: there is no card payment on this site, and no card details ever reach us. Your order is confirmed once a person here has matched your payment to it, usually within one working day.

The order page we open at checkout is the record of your order. Anyone holding that link can see the order, so treat it as private. Keep it — it carries the amount due, the payment details and the current status, and it is where you send us your payment proof. If you lose it, email info@oxoracare.com with your order reference and we’ll send it again.

We deliver within Hong Kong only. Delivery is a flat HK$50, and free on orders of HK$600 or more.

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, the Oxora name, MEM-Activated Water™, and product names, is the property of Oxora and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.

Oxora products are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific results from using our products. Individual results vary based on skin type, condition severity, and usage patterns.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oxora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
